Our company is hosted on the Zoho One platform. Zoho One provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our transportation services to you and communicate with you through chat, email, SMS and display of websites. Your data may be stored through Zoho One data storage, databases and the general Zoho One applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Some personal information collected from Zoho One is also stored and combined with information gathered and stored on Zoho CRM and in our financial accounting systems.

All direct payment gateways used by Denver Black Cars are offered through Stripe. These adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Denver Black Cars does not store payment or credit card information gathered on the website, all such information is stored only by our banking and credit card merchants.
